RichMaker products are digital access products. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery method
Users receive Basic English Pro access after payment confirmation. In this MVP phase, WeChat Pay / Alipay payments are confirmed manually and access is delivered by activation key.
Delivery timing
Typical access is within 24 hours after manual payment confirmation.
